INGREDIENTS
Vegetables
- 🥔 2 potatoes

Meat
- 🍖 200g pork belly block
Condiments
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- Mayonnaise, as needed
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp sake
- đź§‚ 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
STEPS
Cut the potatoes into bite-sized pieces, soak them in water, and drain. Place them in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 3 minutes.
Cut the pork belly into bite-sized pieces. Heat sesame oil in a frying pan and add the pork belly. Stir-fry over medium heat until browned.
Add the potatoes to the pan and stir-fry over medium heat for 2–3 minutes. Then add the seasonings (sake, sugar, mirin, soy sauce) and mix well.
Serve on a plate and garnish with mayonnaise and chopped green onion.
