INGREDIENTS
Vegetables
- 🥔 1 medium potato (150g), peeled and sliced
- 🌱 50g frozen edamame, shelled
Meat
- 🥓 2 slices bacon, thinly sliced
Seasonings
- đź§„ A pinch of grated garlic
- 1 tsp olive oil
- đź§€ 2 tsp grated cheese
- A pinch of consomme powder
- đź§‚ Salt and pepper to taste
STEPS
Cut the potato into bite-sized pieces and soak in water for 5 minutes. Drain well.
Defrost the edamame and remove from pods.
Thinly slice the bacon.
Place the potato in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 4 minutes.
Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add garlic and bacon, and sauté until fragrant.
Add the potato and edamame to the pan. Stir-fry until the potato is golden brown. Add the seasonings and adjust the taste.
