INGREDIENTS
Protein
- 🍗 250g skinless chicken breast
Vegetables
- 🥔 300g potatoes, diced
- 4 okra, sliced
Seasoning
- đź§‚ Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
Sauce
- 50g mentaiko
- 1 tbsp sake
- đź§‚ 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
STEPS
Dice potatoes into 2cm cubes and soak in water for 5 minutes. Drain. Rub okra with salt, rinse, remove stems, and slice diagonally into 2cm pieces. Extract mentaiko roe using a spoon.
Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces and season with salt and pepper.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add chicken and stir-fry until the color changes.
Add potatoes and stir briefly. Cover with a lid and steam over low heat for 6–7 minutes.
Remove the lid, add okra, and stir-fry until liquid evaporates. Add the sauce ingredients and stir briefly.
