  • Seasoning

    • 1/2 tbsp salad oil
  • Liquid

    • 1 tbsp sake
  • Sauce

    • đź§‚ Pinch of pepper
    • đź§„ 1/4 tsp grated garlic

STEPS

Cut bell peppers in half lengthwise, remove seeds and stems, and julienne them.

Cut pork belly slices in half, season with salt and pepper, and sprinkle one side with flour.

Place 1/6 of the bell pepper slices on each piece of pork and roll them up. Repeat to make 6 rolls.

Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Place the rolls seam-side down and cook while turning until browned on all sides.

Sprinkle sake, cover with a lid, and steam over low heat for 1 minute. Add the sauce ingredients and coat evenly over medium heat.
