INGREDIENTS
Meat
- 200g ground pork
Vegetables
- đź§… 45g minced green onion
Oil
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
Plum Sauce
- 1 pickled plum
- 1 tsp mirin
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1/4 tsp chicken stock powder
- đź’§ 1 tbsp water
Tsukune Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- đź§‚ 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 1 tbsp potato starch
STEPS
Mince the green onion and mash the pickled plum into a paste using a knife.
Mix all plum sauce ingredients in a microwave-safe container and heat uncovered at 600W for 20 seconds.
Combine ground pork, minced green onion, and tsukune seasoning ingredients in a bowl. Mix until sticky and divide into 6 portions.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium-low heat. Add the tsukune and cook until browned. Flip, cover, and cook for 3–4 minutes until fully cooked.
Plate the tsukune and drizzle with plum sauce before serving.
