  • Meat

    • 200g pork tenderloin block
  • Vegetables

    • đź§… 1/2 onion, sliced
    • 🍄 3 mushrooms, sliced
  • Seasoning

    • đź§‚ Pinch of salt and pepper
    • 1/2 tbsp all-purpose flour
    • 1 tbsp salad oil
  • Sauce

    • 🍅 3 tbsp ketchup
    • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
    • 2 tbsp sake
    • đź§‚ 1/4 tsp salt
    • đź§‚ Pinch of pepper

STEPS

Cut pork into 1cm slices, season with salt and pepper, and coat with flour.

Slice the onion thinly and trim and slice the mushrooms.

Mix all sauce ingredients in a bowl.

Heat salad oil in a pan, add pork slices, and cook on medium heat until browned on both sides. Remove from pan.

Add onion and mushrooms to the same pan and sauté on medium heat until softened.

Return pork to the pan, add the sauce, and cook until thickened.
