INGREDIENTS
Meat
- 8 slices pork loin (160g)
Vegetables
- 1 scallion (110g), minced
- 1 bag bean sprouts (200g)
Seasoning
- đź§‚ Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp cooking sake
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
Sauce
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- đź§‚ 1/2 tsp salt
- đź§‚ Pinch of pepper
- 1/3 tsp chicken broth powder
- 🌰 1 tbsp white sesame seeds
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
STEPS
Mince the scallion.
Cut the pork loin to remove any tough fibers and season with salt and pepper.
Place bean sprouts and cooking sake in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 2 minutes 30 seconds.
Mix minced scallion and all sauce ingredients in a bowl to make the scallion salt sauce.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat and cook the pork loin until both sides are browned.
Plate the bean sprouts, place the pork loin on top, and drizzle with scallion salt sauce.
