INGREDIENTS
Meat
- 200g thinly sliced pork loin
Vegetables
- 5cm lotus root, sliced
Oil
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tsp grated ginger
STEPS
Slice the lotus root into quarter slices and soak in water to remove excess starch. Drain well.
Cut the pork loin into bite-sized pieces.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add pork and stir-fry until the color changes. Add lotus root and cook until translucent.
Add the combined seasoning ingredients and stir-fry until evenly coated.
