INGREDIENTS

- 6 slices pork loin (120g)
Vegetable
- 1 eggplant
Seasoning
- đź§‚ Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 1 tbsp salad oil
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1/2 tbsp mirin
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp yuzu pepper
STEPS
Cut the eggplant into 1cm thick sticks after removing the stem.
Lay out one slice of pork loin, place 1/6 of the eggplant sticks on the edge, and roll it up. Repeat for all 6 pieces. Season with salt and pepper, then coat with flour.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Place the rolls seam-side down and cook while turning until the pork changes color.
Add the seasoning mixture (sake, mirin, soy sauce, yuzu pepper) to the pan and coat the rolls evenly.
