Seasoning

- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp ponzu sauce
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
STEPS
Cut the pork loin into bite-sized pieces.
Remove the stems from the eggplants and cut them into 8 thin strips lengthwise.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat and add the pork. Stir-fry until the pork changes color.
Add the eggplant to the pan and stir-fry until softened. Then, add the seasoning ingredients and mix well.
