INGREDIENTS
Meat
- 🐖 250g pork loin (for ginger stir-fry)
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp sake
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 🍬 2 tsp sugar
- 2 tbsp grated ginger
Other
- Adequate amount of cornstarch
- 1 tbsp salad oil
STEPS
Make several cuts between the fat and lean parts of the pork loin. Season with salt, pepper, and sake, then coat with cornstarch.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat and add the pork. Cook until the pork changes color.
Add grated ginger, soy sauce, mirin, and sugar to the pan. Cook until the sauce thickens and coats the pork.
