STEPS
Thinly slice the cabbage and grate the ginger.
Make small cuts in the pork loin to prevent curling and coat evenly with cornstarch.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat, place the pork slices, and cook for 2 minutes on each side until browned. Add grated ginger and sauce ingredients, then simmer until the liquid is absorbed.
