    • 2 slices pork loin chops
  • Seasoning

    • 1/2 tbsp salad oil

    • 1/2 tbsp consomme powder
  • Marinade

    • đź§„ 1/2 tsp grated garlic
    • 🍅 2 tbsp ketchup
    • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
    • 1 tbsp sake

Make small cuts in the pork loin chops between the red meat and fat, then season both sides with salt and pepper.

Mix the marinade ingredients in a bowl, add the pork chops, and coat evenly. Cover with cling wrap and marinate in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.

Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Remove excess marinade from the pork and cook until both sides are browned and fully cooked. Remove from the pan.

Add the remaining marinade, water, and consomme to the pan. Heat over medium heat and stir until the sauce thickens.

Return the pork chops to the pan and coat them with the sauce. Serve with your choice of side vegetables.
