STEPS
Cut the pork belly into bite-sized pieces.
Slice the eggplants diagonally into manageable pieces.
Grate the daikon and lightly squeeze out excess water.
Mix the soy sauce, vinegar, and sesame oil in a bowl.
Heat salad oil in a pan and stir-fry the pork and eggplant over medium heat until cooked and softened.
