  • Vegetables

    • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

Cut the bell peppers into bite-sized pieces after removing stems and seeds. Remove the stems from cherry tomatoes.

In a bowl, mix sliced pork with salt, pepper, grated garlic, and sake. Massage the mixture thoroughly.

Divide the marinated pork into 6 portions and thread onto skewers, alternating with bell peppers and cherry tomatoes.

Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Place the skewers in the pan and cook until browned. Flip and cover with a lid, cooking on low heat for 2 minutes.

Add the barbecue sauce ingredients to the pan and stir until the sauce thickens and coats the skewers.
