  • Meat

    • 200g sliced pork
  • Vegetables

    • 1 piece ginger, julienned
    • 1 pack (100g) shimeji mushrooms
    • 2 king oyster mushrooms (80g), torn
  • Oil

    • 1 tsp salad oil
  • Seasonings

    • 2 tbsp sake
    • 2 tbsp mirin
    • 2 tbsp soy sauce

Julienne the ginger. Trim the base of the shimeji mushrooms and separate into small clusters. Cut the king oyster mushrooms in half horizontally and tear into bite-sized pieces.

Heat salad oil in a pot over medium heat and add the pork. Stir-fry until the pork changes color.

Add ginger, shimeji mushrooms, and king oyster mushrooms to the pot. Stir-fry until the ingredients are coated with oil.

Add sake, mirin, and soy sauce. Mix lightly, cover with a lid, and simmer on low heat for 4–5 minutes.
