    • 🐖 150g thinly sliced pork
  • Vegetables

    • 🥬 150g chopped cabbage
  • Noodles

    • 40g glass noodles
  • Oil

    • 1 tbsp salad oil
  • Seasonings

    • 1 tbsp sake
    • 🍬 1 pinch sugar
    • 1.5 tbsp soy sauce
    • 🧄 1 tsp grated garlic
    • 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
    • 💧 120ml water

Cut the cabbage into bite-sized pieces.

Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat, add the pork, and stir-fry until the color changes. Add the cabbage and stir-fry briefly.

Add the seasonings (☆), mix well, and bring to a boil. Push the ingredients to the sides of the pan, leaving the center empty. Cut the glass noodles into manageable lengths using kitchen scissors and place them in the center. Cover and simmer on low heat for about 5 minutes.

Remove the lid and stir-fry over medium heat until the liquid reduces.
