    • 200g thinly sliced pork
  • Vegetables

    • 150g daikon, thinly sliced
    • 250g pea shoots
  • Oil and Seasoning

    • 1/2 tbsp salad oil
    • đź§„ 1/2 tsp grated garlic
  • Miso Mayo Sauce

    • 1 tbsp sake
    • 1 tbsp miso
    • 2 tbsp mayonnaise

Cut the daikon into quarters lengthwise and slice thinly. Trim the roots off the pea shoots and cut them into thirds.

In a bowl, mix the miso mayo sauce ingredients (sake, miso, and mayonnaise).

Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the pork and grated garlic, and stir-fry until the pork changes color.

Add the daikon slices and stir-fry until softened. Then, add the miso mayo sauce and stir to combine. Finally, add the pea shoots and stir-fry briefly.
