    • 🍚 300g cooked rice
  • Meat

    • 🥩 200g steak-cut beef
  • Vegetables

    • 🌽 3 tbsp canned corn
    • 🧅 3 tbsp chopped green onion
  • Seasonings

    • 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
    • 3 tbsp yakiniku sauce
    • Black pepper to taste
  • Oils & Fats

    • 1/2 tbsp salad oil
    • 🧈 15g salted butter

Cut the beef into bite-sized pieces and season with salt and pepper.

Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat and cook the beef for 2 minutes. Flip the beef and reduce to medium-low heat.

Move the beef to the side and place the cooked rice in the center of the pan. Pour yakiniku sauce over the beef, then add corn, green onion, and butter on top of the rice. Sprinkle black pepper over everything.

Stir-fry everything together until the beef is fully cooked and ingredients are well combined.
