INGREDIENTS

  • Fish

    • 🐟 2 slices yellowtail
    • 🧂 Pinch of salt
    • Potato starch as needed
    • 3 tbsp salad oil
    • 💧 Water as needed
  • Aromatic Sauce

    • 🧅 10 cm green onion
    • 1 piece ginger
    • 🧄 1/2 clove garlic
    • 🍬 1 tsp sugar
    • 1 tbsp vinegar
    • 1 tbsp soy sauce
    • 2 tsp sesame oil

STEPS

Cut the yellowtail into halves and sprinkle with salt. Pat dry with paper towels and coat both sides with potato starch.

Finely chop the green onion, ginger, and garlic.

In a bowl, mix all the aromatic sauce ingredients together.

Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the yellowtail and cook until golden brown. Flip and continue cooking until fully cooked. Plate the yellowtail and pour the aromatic sauce over it.
