  • Seasoning

    • 🧂 Salt and pepper to taste

    • 1/2 tbsp soy sauce

    • 🧈 20g salted butter

Wash the oysters gently in a bowl of water and pat dry. Season with salt and pepper, then coat evenly with cornstarch.

Cut the spinach into 5-6cm pieces and microwave in a heatproof container covered with plastic wrap for 2 minutes at 600W.

Heat butter in a frying pan until melted. Add the oysters and cook on medium heat until both sides are golden brown.

Add spinach to the pan and stir until coated with butter. Add soy sauce and cook until the spinach softens. Plate and sprinkle with black pepper.
