INGREDIENTS

- 🍗 100g chicken thigh

- 🥚 1 egg
- đź§… 5cm green onion
- 🍚 1 bowl cooked rice
- Adequate amount of katsuobushi
- 2 stalks chives
Sauce Ingredients
- 1/2 paper cup kombu water
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- đź§‚ 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp mirin
- A pinch of pepper
STEPS
Cut chicken thigh into bite-sized pieces.
Heat oil in a pan and sauté sliced onion and green onion.
Add chicken and cook until halfway done.
Add sauce ingredients and simmer until chicken is fully cooked.
Pour beaten egg over the chicken and garnish with chives.
Turn off the heat when the egg is half-cooked.
Serve the chicken and egg mixture over rice and sprinkle with katsuobushi.
