    • đź’§ 400 ml water

Dice the onion into 1 cm cubes and the tomato into 1.5 cm cubes.

Cut the bacon into 1 cm strips.

Heat olive oil in a small pot over medium heat, add onion and bacon, and sauté until the onion becomes translucent.

Add the soup base ingredients (consomme, salt, pepper, and water) and the diced tomato. Mix well and bring to a boil. Cover and simmer on low heat for about 5 minutes.

Pour in the beaten egg and let it set before stirring gently. Serve in bowls and sprinkle with grated cheese and dried parsley.
