STEPS

Slice the onion thinly.

Cut the bacon into 1cm wide strips.

Heat butter in a pot over medium heat, add onion and bacon, and sauté until the onion becomes translucent.

Add corn and the seasonings (chicken broth powder, salt, and water). Bring to a boil, then simmer on low heat for 2 minutes until the onion softens.
