INGREDIENTS
Meat Mixture
- 150g minced pork
- 🥬 2 cabbage leaves, chopped
- 20g pickled ginger
- 🥚 1 egg
- 4 tbsp breadcrumbs
- đź§‚ 1/3 tsp salt
- A pinch of pepper
Other Ingredients
- 1 tbsp salad oil
- 3 tbsp okonomiyaki sauce
- Mayonnaise, as needed
- Chopped pickled ginger, as needed
- đź§… Chopped green onion, as needed
STEPS
Chop the cabbage and pickled ginger into coarse pieces.
In a bowl, combine all 'Meat Mixture' ingredients and knead until sticky.
Shape the mixture into oval patties.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat and add the patties. Cook until browned on one side, then flip.
Cover the pan and steam-cook on low heat for 5 minutes until fully cooked. Add okonomiyaki sauce and coat the patties.
Skewer the patties, drizzle with mayonnaise, and garnish with chopped pickled ginger and green onion.
