    • 🐙 150g boiled octopus
  • Vegetables

    • 🥔 2 medium potatoes (400g)
  • Liquids

    • 💧 150cc water
  • Seasonings

    • 1/2 tsp consomme
    • 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
    • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • Dairy

    • 🧈 20g salted butter
  • Herbs

    • 🌿 Chopped parsley to taste

Cut the potatoes into bite-sized pieces and soak them in water. Drain the water.

Slice the boiled octopus diagonally into 1.5cm wide pieces.

In a frying pan, add water and potatoes. Heat until simmering, then add consomme and stir. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 7–8 minutes.

Add octopus, salt, and soy sauce. Stir over medium heat until boiling. Cover and simmer on low heat for 5 minutes.

Add butter and stir over medium heat until melted. Serve on a plate and garnish with parsley.
