    • 🐙 100g boiled octopus
  • Vegetables

    • 🌱 4 pieces okra
    • 1 piece myoga
  • Seasonings

    • 🧂 1/2 tbsp sugar
    • 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
    • 1 1/2 tbsp vinegar

STEPS

Slice the myoga thinly at an angle. Rub okra with salt and rinse under water, then remove the stem ends.

Place okra in a microwave-safe container, add 1 tbsp water, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 1 minute. Cool in water and slice diagonally.

Cut the boiled octopus into bite-sized pieces.

Mix the seasonings in a bowl, then add the octopus, okra, and myoga. Toss well to combine.
