- 🐙 200g boiled octopus legs
Vegetables
- 150g lotus root
- 5 shiso leaves
- 🧄 1 clove garlic

- 2 tbsp powdered cheese
- 2 tsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tsp soy sauce

STEPS
Slice the lotus root into thin rounds and soak in water to remove excess starch.
Cut the boiled octopus legs into bite-sized pieces.
Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
Add lotus root slices to the pan and stir-fry until slightly browned.
