INGREDIENTS
Seafood
- 🐙 100g boiled octopus
Vegetables
- 1/2 bitter melon
- 🧅 1/2 onion, sliced
- 🧄 1 clove garlic, crushed
Cooking Oil
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp sake
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
STEPS
Slice the boiled octopus thinly. Halve the bitter melon lengthwise, remove seeds and pith, and cut into 1cm slices. Thinly slice the onion and crush the garlic.
Heat salad oil and garlic in a frying pan over low heat until fragrant. Add bitter melon and onion, cooking over medium heat until softened.
Add the octopus and seasonings (sake, oyster sauce, salt, and pepper). Stir-fry until everything is evenly coated and heated through.
