    • 🐟 120g tuna (cut-offs)
  • Vegetables

    • 🥑 1/2 avocado
    • 🥒 1/2 cucumber (50g)
    • 50g nira (chopped)
  • Sauce

    • 💧 3 tbsp water
    • 🍬 2 tsp sugar
    • 1 tbsp miso
    • 1 tbsp gochujang
    • 🧄 1 tsp grated garlic
    • 1 tsp grated ginger
    • 1 tbsp sesame oil
    • 1 tbsp white sesame seeds
  • Topping

    • 🥚 1 egg yolk

STEPS

Slice cucumber into thin strips. Cut avocado into 1.5cm cubes. Chop nira into 5mm pieces.

In a bowl, mix all sauce ingredients (☆). Add tuna and avocado, and mix well.

Arrange cucumber on a plate, top with the tuna-avocado mixture, and place the egg yolk in the center.
