INGREDIENTS

- 🐟 100g tuna (cut-offs)
- 50g nira (1/2 bunch)
Mustard Vinegar Sauce
- 🧂 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tbsp vinegar
- 2 tbsp white miso
- 1/3 tsp mustard
STEPS
Cut off the root of the nira and halve its length. Wrap it in plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 2 minutes. Cool it under running water with the wrap still on, then squeeze out excess water, remove the wrap, and cut into bite-sized pieces.
Mix all the ☆ ingredients in a bowl to make the mustard vinegar sauce.
Arrange the nira and tuna on a plate and drizzle the mustard vinegar sauce over them.
