INGREDIENTS
Batter
- 3 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 1 tbsp potato starch
- 1/2 bunch nira (garlic chives)
- đź§€ 1 slice melting cheese
- 1 tsp chicken broth powder
- đź§‚ Pinch of salt
- đź’§ 80 ml water
- 1.5 tbsp sesame oil
Sauce
- 1 tbsp ponzu soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp chili oil
- 2 tsp white sesame seeds
STEPS
Cut nira into 3 cm pieces. Mix all sauce ingredients in a bowl.
In another bowl, mix flour, potato starch, chicken broth powder, salt, and water. Add nira and mix well.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Pour the batter into the pan in a circular shape and tear the cheese into pieces, placing it on top. Cook for about 2 minutes.
Flip the pancake once golden brown and cook until done. Remove and cut into bite-sized pieces. Serve with the prepared sauce.
