STEPS
Cut the new potatoes in half with the skin on and soak them in water to remove excess starch. Drain well.
Place the potatoes in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 6 minutes. Remove the mentaiko filling from its casing.
Heat a frying pan with butter over medium heat. Add the potatoes and cook until their surfaces are crispy.
Turn off the heat, add the mentaiko, and mix well. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve on a plate and sprinkle with grated cheese and black pepper.
