Mince the green onion and scallions, then mix them in a bowl with all sauce ingredients to create the negi shio sauce.

Divide the cooked white rice into 12 portions and shape them into small balls using plastic wrap.

Cut the pork slices in half, season with salt and pepper, and wrap them around the rice balls. Coat lightly with flour.

Heat salad oil in a frying pan and cook the pork-wrapped rice balls over medium heat, turning until the pork is fully cooked.
