    • 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
    • 2 tbsp miso

STEPS

Make 1cm deep cuts halfway through the thickness of the atsuage, rotate 90 degrees, and repeat.

Chop the green onions finely and mix them in a bowl with sugar and miso to create negi miso.

Place the atsuage on a baking tray lined with aluminum foil, spread negi miso into the cuts, and add pizza cheese.

Bake in a toaster oven for 7–8 minutes until the cheese melts.
