INGREDIENTS
Vegetables
- 1/2 bunch shungiku
- 10 cm nagaimo
Meat
- 100 g sliced pork
Condiments
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 2 tsp soy sauce
STEPS
Separate shungiku leaves by hand.
Cut the leaves into thirds and slice the stems thinly at an angle.
Peel the nagaimo and cut into thin strips about 5mm wide.
Heat mayonnaise in a frying pan and cook sliced pork until its color changes.
Add nagaimo and shungiku to the pan and stir-fry for about 2 minutes.
Add soy sauce and mix everything well.
