INGREDIENTS
Bread
- 🥖 1/2 baguette
Seafood
- 1 cod roe (25g)
Meat
- 🌠6 sausages
Vegetables
- 100g grated nagaimo
- 🥦 1/2 head broccoli
- 1/2 yellow bell pepper
Cheese Sauce
- đź§€ 100g pizza cheese
- 1 tbsp flour
- 2 tbsp sake
- đź§‚ Pinch of salt and pepper
- đź§„ 1/2 tsp grated garlic
- đź’§ 100ml water
STEPS
Cut open the cod roe and extract the contents.
Grate the nagaimo. Cut the baguette, broccoli, and yellow bell pepper into bite-sized pieces.
Boil water in a pot, add sausages and cook for 1 minute. Add broccoli and cook for another minute. Drain water.
In a pot, mix pizza cheese and flour. Add the remaining cheese sauce ingredients and stir over low heat until thickened. Add grated nagaimo and mix well.
Once the sauce boils again, add the cod roe and mix briefly.
Serve the sausages, broccoli, baguette, and yellow bell pepper on a plate. Dip them into the cheese sauce and enjoy.
