INGREDIENTS

- 🐟 120g sashimi-grade bonito
- 200g nagaimo
- 🥚 1 egg yolk
- 🧅 Chopped green onion, as needed
- White sesame seeds, as needed
Seasoning
- 🍬 1/2 tsp sugar
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp gochujang
- 🧄 1/4 tsp grated garlic
- 1 tsp sesame oil

Place nagaimo in a plastic bag and crush it roughly.

Cut the bonito into 5mm thick strips.
