    • 🍄 1 pack oyster mushrooms
    • 1 green chili
    • 1 red chili
    • đź§„ 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • Frying

    • 1 cup frying oil
  • Seasoning

    • 2 tbsp soy sauce
    • đź’§ 2 tbsp water
    • 🍬 2 tbsp sugar
    • 2 tbsp vinegar
    • A dash of sesame oil
  • Batter

    • đź’§ 1/2 cup water
    • 7 tbsp frying mix

STEPS

Prepare oyster mushrooms, garlic, and chilies. Clean and trim the mushrooms.

Blanch mushrooms in boiling water with a pinch of salt. Drain and squeeze out excess water.

Coat mushrooms lightly with 3 tbsp of frying mix.

Prepare batter by mixing water and frying mix. Coat mushrooms in the batter.

Fry mushrooms in hot oil until crispy. Let them cool slightly.

Prepare sauce by mixing soy sauce, water, sugar, and vinegar. Add minced garlic and diced chilies.

Refry mushrooms for extra crispiness.

Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan. Sauté garlic and chilies briefly.

Add prepared sauce to the pan and simmer until slightly thickened.

Add fried mushrooms to the sauce and toss until well coated.
