INGREDIENTS

- 1 piece cod roe
- 1/3 bag mizuna
- 1 bag shirataki (200g)
Oil
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/3 tsp chicken stock powder

STEPS
Boil water in a pot, add shirataki, and cook for 2 minutes. Drain and cut into bite-sized lengths.
Cut mizuna into bite-sized pieces. Remove cod roe from its skin and crumble the flesh.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan, add shirataki and cod roe, and stir-fry while breaking them apart. Add the seasoning mixture and stir-fry over medium heat for 2 minutes. Add mizuna and stir-fry briefly to finish.
