INGREDIENTS
Main Ingredients
- 🥓 4 slices bacon
- 100g mizuna (Japanese mustard greens)
Cooking Oil
- 1/2 tsp salad oil
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp ponzu soy sauce
- 1 tsp whole grain mustard
STEPS
Trim the roots of the mizuna and cut into 3cm pieces.
Cut the bacon into 1cm wide strips.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium-low heat. Add the bacon and cook for 2–3 minutes until crispy.
In a bowl, mix ponzu soy sauce and whole grain mustard. Add the cooked bacon and mizuna, then toss to combine.
