INGREDIENTS
Meat
- 150g beef tongue
Vegetables
- 4 garlic sprouts
Seasoning
- đź§‚ A pinch of salt and pepper
Miso Sauce
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 1 tbsp miso
- 1/2 tsp doubanjiang
- 1 tsp sesame oil
STEPS
Make shallow cuts on both sides of the beef tongue, about 5mm apart, and season with salt and pepper.
Cut the garlic sprouts into 3cm pieces.
Mix the miso sauce ingredients (mirin, miso, doubanjiang, sesame oil) in a bowl. Add the beef tongue and mix well, then let it marinate for 15 minutes.
Heat a frying pan over medium heat and add the marinated beef tongue along with the sauce. Cook until the beef tongue changes color, then add the garlic sprouts and stir-fry together.
