- 1 piece (250g) konnyaku
- 1 tsp mustard
☆Dengaku Miso
- 1 tbsp sake
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 🍬 2 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp miso
STEPS
Cut the konnyaku into 6 equal pieces along its longer side. Make shallow diagonal cuts on one side of each piece. Insert a bamboo skewer into each piece.
In a pot, mix the ☆ ingredients together until smooth. Heat over medium heat until boiling, then reduce to low heat. Stir and cook for about 2 minutes until thickened.
Boil water in a frying pan and add the konnyaku. Cook for about 3 minutes, then drain the water.
Plate the konnyaku, pour the dengaku miso sauce over it, and serve with mustard on the side.
