- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp mirin
- 1.5 tbsp miso
STEPS
Cut the chicken thigh into bite-sized pieces. Place the diced pumpkin and 1 tbsp water in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 4 minutes.
Mix the seasoning ingredients (sake, sugar, mirin, and miso) in a bowl.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Place the chicken skin-side down and cook until browned. Flip the chicken, cook through, then add the pumpkin and stir until coated with oil. Add the miso sauce and butter, stirring to coat evenly.
