INGREDIENTS
Noodles
- 1 pack of frozen udon noodles
Seafood
- 1 mentaiko (50g)
Condiments
- 1 tsp concentrated soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
Toppings
- 1/2 sheet roasted nori
- Chopped green onion, as needed
STEPS
Cut open the mentaiko and extract its contents.
Place the frozen udon on a microwave-safe plate, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and heat according to package instructions. Wash with cold water and drain.
In a bowl, mix the soy sauce and sesame oil. Add the udon and mentaiko, then combine well.
Serve in a dish, tear the nori into pieces and sprinkle on top, then garnish with chopped green onion.
