INGREDIENTS
Base
- 🍚 1 bowl cooked rice (150g)
Topping
- 1 small mentaiko (30g)
- 2g bonito flakes
- đź§‚ 1/2 tsp soy sauce
Cooking Oil
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
Egg Mixture
- 🥚 2 eggs
- đź§€ 20g shredded pizza cheese
- 1 tbsp mirin
- đź§‚ 1/5 tsp salt
Garnish
- A small amount of kaiware sprouts
STEPS
Cut open the mentaiko and extract the roe.
Place the cooked rice in a bowl, sprinkle bonito flakes on top, and drizzle soy sauce over it.
In a bowl, mix the egg mixture ingredients (eggs, cheese, mirin, and salt).
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat, pour in the egg mixture, and stir gently while cooking. Stop cooking when the eggs are semi-cooked.
Place the cooked egg mixture on top of the rice, add the mentaiko roe, and garnish with kaiware sprouts.
