INGREDIENTS
Meat
- 150g ground pork
Vegetable
- 1 bag bean sprouts
- đź§„ 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 piece ginger, minced
- Chopped green onion, as needed
Condiments
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp miso
- 2 tbsp mirin
STEPS
Mince the garlic and ginger.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan, add garlic and ginger, and stir-fry until fragrant. Add ground pork and cook over medium heat for about 2 minutes.
Add soy sauce, miso, and mirin to the pan, and stir-fry until the liquid is absorbed.
Place bean sprouts in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 2 minutes. Serve the bean sprouts on a plate, top with the meat miso, and garnish with chopped green onions.
