STEPS

Combine mirin and soy sauce in a microwave-safe container. Heat uncovered at 600W for 30 seconds, then let cool.

Add sesame oil, grated garlic, and toasted sesame seeds to the cooled mixture. Mix well, then add tuna and marinate for about 20 minutes.
