- 1 piece mentaiko

STEPS
Peel the lotus root, cut it in half lengthwise, and slice thinly. Soak in water for about 1 minute.
Make a cut in the middle of the mentaiko and extract the contents.
In a pot, add salt, vinegar, water, and the lotus root slices. Bring to a boil and cook for 1 minute. Drain thoroughly.
In a bowl, combine the mentaiko, chopped green onion, mayonnaise, and boiled lotus root slices. Mix well.
