- 1 tbsp potato starch
- 1 tbsp salad oil
- A pinch of coarse black pepper
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- đź§‚ 1/3 tsp salt
- 🍋 1/2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- đź§„ 1/2 tsp grated garlic
Vegetables
- 🥬 4 leaves of lettuce
- 🍅 4 cherry tomatoes
STEPS
Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces using a slanted slicing technique.
Place the chicken and seasoning ingredients into a plastic bag, massage to coat evenly, and refrigerate for 10–15 minutes. Add potato starch and mix well.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the chicken and cook until lightly browned. Flip and cover with a lid, then steam on low heat for 3 minutes until fully cooked.
Serve the chicken on a plate with lettuce and cherry tomatoes. Sprinkle coarse black pepper on top.
